The NAKAWA BIO® Charter gave rise to two comprehensive specifications, filed with the Ministry of Agriculture and the APIA.
As a result of a close partnership between professionals and independent-certification bodies, the first specifications were developed with the CCPB and published in the Official magazine on 17/02/2017.
Organic certification defines in an accurate manner the requirements to be met by the product and the methods of its production and its control by the body which is certified
In particular, products derived from organic agriculture are clearly specified and highlighted.
The NAKAWA BIO® label is also a registered trademark since October 2016 with INORPI and known as NAKAWA ®, which, since then, has been responsible for issuing and defending it as well as extending its branches to different countries of the world.
This label, issued on a product by product basis, aims to guarantee the commitment of the companies that manufacture it and to provide the consumer confidently with authentic, ecological and biological products, meeting the ethical and technical criteria of the founding charter.
The NAKAWA trademark registration with the INORPI guarantees the protection of the property and all the things attached to it: exclusive rights of exploitation. It also protects us from possible counterfeiters.
